The bill bars Colorado’s Medicaid agency (HCPF) from paying providers who perform or refer for abortion or gender-affirming care, and from reimbursing care for people without lawful immigration status. It also repeals state-funded programs that currently provide reproductive and health coverage to immigrants ineligible for Medicaid or CHP+.
