Colorado Commission on Uniform State Laws. The bill enacts
the Uniform Consumer Debt Default Judgments Act (act), drafted by the uniform law commission.
The act requires that for a default judgment to be entered on a
claim for a consumer debt, certain information must be contained in the complaint or amended complaint, including language notifying the debtor of the debtor's rights and obligations.
