For the 2021-22 fiscal year and each fiscal year thereafter, the bill
requires the general assembly to annually appropriate $2 million from the
general fund to the department of human services (department) for the issuance of annual grants to the Colorado 2-1-1 collaborative. For the 2021-22 fiscal year, the bill requires the general assembly to appropriate $3 million from the general fund to the department for the issuance of a grant to the Colorado 2-1-1 collaborative for technological upgrades.
