The bill repeals Colorado’s state-funded health coverage expansions for undocumented immigrants, ending coverage for pregnant and postpartum people, children, and reproductive health services. It bars HCPF from reimbursing providers for care to undocumented residents and excludes them from state-subsidized insurance programs. Outreach and new enrollments into these programs are also stopped.
