department of education (department) to evaluate Colorado school districts' and other states' policies regarding scheduled lunch time (time-to-eat policies) and repeals the task force, effective January 1, 2025.
The bill creates the safe and healthy play grant program in the
department to assist schools in implementing programs that support social and emotional learning through play.
