Summary	Statutory Revision Committee. Current law states that the attorney general has concurrent jurisdiction with the relevant district attorney over part 3 of article 120 of title 12, Colorado Revised Statutes. Part 3 refers to the regulation of land surveyors. The bill makes a correction to the statute by changing part 3 to part 4 to refer to the regulation of architects.
