No later than September 1, 2023, the bill requires the department
of health care policy and financing (state department) to engage in a stakeholder process to address concerns and identify viable solutions related to individuals who receive long-term services and supports.
No later than January 2025, the bill requires the state department to report on the stakeholder process, including identifying any administrative resources needed to address any concerns identified during the stakeholder process.
