The bill changes the effective date for the department of early
childhood from July 1, 2022, to the effective date of this bill. The bill
transfers $3,500,000 from the general fund to the information technology capital account in the capital construction fund, effective April 1, 2022, and appropriates that money to the department of early childhood for data system capital construction costs. The bill appropriates $326,413 to the department of early childhood for use by the executive director's office.
